Rooted in compassion, driven by results

The Pierce Foundation was established on a single, unwavering belief — that the circumstances of a child's birth should never determine the ceiling of their life.

We partner with communities, governments, and local organisations to deliver healthcare, education, clean water, and emotional support to children facing poverty, conflict, and displacement.

Our approach is long-term and community-led. We don't just respond to crises — we help communities build the resilience to protect their children for generations to come.

"The most powerful investment we can make as a society is in the health, safety, and education of our children. That is the work of The Pierce Foundation."

— Anna Pierce, Founder

Four pillars of change

Every program we run is built around a child's fundamental needs — and the rights they deserve.

Education

Building schools, training teachers, and providing scholarships so every child can access quality learning — from early childhood through secondary school.

Healthcare

Mobile clinics, immunisation programs, and nutrition initiatives that reach children in the world's most remote and underserved communities.

Clean Water

Installing wells, water purification systems, and sanitation facilities — because no child should go thirsty or fall sick from contaminated water.

Protection & Wellbeing

Psychosocial support, safe spaces, and child protection programs for children escaping conflict, abuse, and displacement.

Impact across every continent

Sub-Saharan Africa

"For the first time, our children have books and a teacher who stays."

In rural Ghana, the Pierce Foundation helped construct three schools and fund teacher training for over 600 students who had no local learning facility.

West Africa

"She can now read — something no woman in our village has done before."

In rural communities across West Africa, our girls' education initiative has given young women access to literacy and secondary schooling, opening doors that were previously closed.

Latin America

"Clean water changed everything. The children no longer get sick every season."

A water access program in rural Peru brought clean drinking water to 12 communities, dramatically reducing child mortality from waterborne illness.
